OLLI Professor Sandy Garson, along with her Savvy Palates cohorts: Gael May McKibben and Star Pelsue, will teach a three-week course about The Geography of Groceries for our Cedars residents. March 15th, March 22nd and March 28th held at The Atrium at The Cedars Meeting Room.
This three-part series will take a look at the globalization of Maine food and what is truly native.
